What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.
Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
Unless an alternative arrangement is made, the driver will normally meet you at the arrival gate by holding a greeting board with your name or a welcome text which you will have to provide upon filling in the booking form.
What do I do if I cannot locate my driver?
Please call the office immediately and stay at the arrivals hall, while we locate your driver.
Is your company licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company.
Are your prices per car or per person?
We do not provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle. Please see Vehicle capacity for further details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.
How can I change my reservation?
To change a reservation please click on the Contact Us page. Please have your reservation number ready.
Do you charge if the destination is changed?

Can I get a receipt for a cash job?
You can ask the driver directly.
I have completed a booking form, will I receive an e- mail confirmation?
Yes, we will confirm your booking within few minutes
We have children traveling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.
If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking and will I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund as long as the cancellation is within the time limit. Please check Terms and Conditions.
